You are here exploring options for counseling – and I see that as a strength! Engaging in counseling and therapy indicates you have good insight into your emotional and mental health. My role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker is to partner with clients through the process of addressing life’s challenges, coping with diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and navigating trauma, grief, or a chronic illness. Life adjustments can be difficult and having a confidential and equipped Clinician to support your process of adjustment and acceptance can have a positive impact on your life. It will take time. It may not be easy. On the other side, however, there is hope and a future for you.
I work with adolescents and adults and enjoy using an integrative approach. I start with identifying your strengths, values, and combine elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and strength-based therapy. I can also weave in faith-based counsel for clients who identify as Christian. I believe in equipping clients with the tools and strategies to develop and maintain healthy coping strategies.
I offer virtual and in-person sessions.
