Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward? I work with adults navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, relationship dynamics, and grief. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Lesley University and I take an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices, with a strong grounding in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe that meaningful change happens in the context of a strong therapeutic relationship, and I strive to build a trusting alliance with each of my clients.
I am committed to practicing with cultural humility and awareness, honoring the unique identities and lived experiences that each client brings into the room. My approach is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in respect for your values, background, and perspective.
If you're ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
