Pastor Latoya Ann Moseley is a dedicated leader, counselor, and mother who was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island. As one of twelve children and a proud twin, she learned the value of family and community early on. Today, she and her husband, Rev. Dr. Rudolph Moseley Jr., have been happily married for over two decades and are the founding pastors of Bread of Life International Worship Center in Providence, Rhode Island.

Pastor Latoya brings a wealth of both personal warmth and professional expertise to her work. She holds an Associate Degree in Education, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Charter Oak State College, and is completing a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling and Life Coaching from Liberty University. In addition to her pastoral ministry, she works actively in counseling, with a special focus on grief counseling, offering compassionate support to those walking through seasons of loss and transition. Combining her counseling and life coaching skills with her pastoral heart, she is passionate about empowering individuals and families to find healing, balance, and fulfillment in their lives.
