My name is Michelle Black, and I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHC-A). My heart is to walk alongside those who are hurting, helping them find healing, peace, and renewed hope through compassion, grace, and evidence-based care.
With over eight years of experience in community mental health, I have supported adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and substance use challenges. I approach therapy through a holistic lens that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My counseling style is warm, authentic, and faith-informed—grounded in the belief that no life is beyond restoration and that healing is always possible.
For clients who desire to include spirituality in their journey, I integrate Christian principles of grace, forgiveness, and renewal to help them rediscover purpose and identity. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can be honest about their struggles and experience growth from the inside out.
