Kiah Shea
LICSW
Availability: Tuesdays - Wednesdays
Summary

My name is Kiah Shea, and I am relocating back to the Boston Area from the Denver Metro Area. I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh where I concentrated my studies in mental health clinical practice with individuals and families. I have worked with the diverse needs of communities on the outskirts of Boston and Denver, and understand how many factors can hinder access to appropriate treatment. I have spent most of my clinical time working with children and families in both urban and suburban communities. My experience includes working in community-based settings, as well as clinic and school-based settings. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, navigating school systems, trauma, abuse, health psychology, and pregnancy-related depression/anxiety.

My goal is to help individuals and families begin their journey towards healing. I meet clients “where they are” and value clients’ partnership in the therapeutic relationship. I believe in change and recovery. I offer a compassionate, safe space for clients to share their stories and grow from the struggles of life. I provide an environment that allows for the creation of positive changes. While I specialize in working with children and adolescents, I also enjoy working with adults.

Clayton Belgrave
LMHC
Availability: Thursday evenings and Fridays
Summary

In a time where many people are more socially integrated than ever, they have ironically been left feeling more disconnected and dissatisfied. There are those who are in relationships, but still feel alone. There are many in successful careers that feel that happiness continues to escape them, despite the completion of each “big goal.” Whether social isolation, crippling anxiety, or a constant chase for satisfaction, I find clients are looking for a deeper understanding of themselves that can provide insight into a healthier and happier way to live.

I approach therapy from the holistic vantage point, utilizing evidence based techniques. Whether that be changing negative thought patterns via cognitive behavioral therapy, exploring mindfulness to decrease anxiety or working on a couples’ communication patterns, therapy is tailored to your needs. With an empathetic ear, a safe space to process and a collaborative approach to treatment.

I look forward to aiding you on your journey to a happier and healthier you.
