Neillee, Harold
LMHC
Availability: Fridays - Saturdays
Summary

Neillee Harold is Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes treatment should be tailored to meet the needs of each unique client. Her experience includes working extensively with clients of all ages as well as couples and families. She has helped them to navigate through anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, Phobias, depression, PTSD and trauma related disorders using evidence based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) combined with mindfulness, and delivered with support and compassion.

Neillee also believes in the development of a healthy work/life balance and has experience assisting clients in this area. Struggling with anxiety and/or depression itself can be difficult. Struggling while being a parent can be even harder and managing all of the above while working can feel unbearable at times. Neillee can work with you through the process of finding your own unique coping skills to manage these difficulties.

Other specific areas of expertise include working with individuals of all ages who struggle with eating disorders. She understands that eating disorders know no size, you are never “not sick enough” and at times it can feel as if the focus around you is solely on appearance and body size. Self-image and body-image work is also a specialty of Neillee’s and she utilizes different forms of evidenced based practices such as ACT (Acceptance and commitment therapy) and DBT to help you find your healthy self again and get you back to living your most full life.
