Hello and welcome to taking a step towards being the best YOU that YOU can be. I have been providing counseling services in a variety of settings for over 18 years. These include alternative school settings, in home services, and outpatient practices. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I believe that each person deserves to have a supportive and non-judgemental person that works to help them achieve their unique individual goals. I believe in working together with my clients to achieve their goals. Trust and communication are paramount in effective therapy practices.

I use a variety of approaches based on each person’s unique situation. These may include supportive therapy, reality therapy practices, behavior management, and cognitive behavioral therapy to name a few. I can also provide help with parenting skills, communication skills, social skills and effective listening practices. Each client presents with their own coping strategies, defense mechanisms, and issues. It is my job to help you sort through what has been working, what has not, and to help you challenge yourself to overcome these problems and progress along your life path in a way that is healthy and fulfilling.
