As a graduate from Salve Regina University with a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling and a concentration in Mental Health, I have more than 10 years of experience providing counseling services to individuals who have experienced homelessness, frequent incarcerations, substance abuse problems, loss and grief, abandonment issues, relationship challenges, family stressors, and more.
My professional approach to therapy involves a holistic perspective that values each client's worldview and unique experiences. Drawing from a range of psychotherapy techniques such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), strength-based, person-centered, relational therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic, and other therapeutic approaches, my primary focus is to assist clients in not only managing symptoms but also in overcoming interpersonal and traumatic life experiences.
Central to my practice are core values of empathy, faith in the journey of healing, and unwavering dedication to supporting individuals in their pursuit of well-being and personal growth.
